We created the 1st recruiter-less mobile app

In the past year, there has been an extreme shortage of nurses. With a lack of qualified applicants and high demand, hospitals have been struggling to find enough staff. In response to this problem, our healthcare staffing mobile app was created. The idea was simple: streamline the process by which agencies post their available positions and allow candidates to apply from anywhere at any time with just a few taps on their phone or tablet.

We had no idea that this would be so difficult to implement. It was like changing the mindset of an entire industry, even though it seemed easy enough on paper! We received many calls from travel nurse agencies who were interested in trying out our software, but they all said that their existing systems worked just fine for them and didn't need any new solutions. We begged to differ.

We created the industry's first, true, recruiter-less mobile application. It was designed to offer travel nurse agencies a simple solution to an extreme problem.
